Monument toyota westrand *******

misplaced my fleet card i had to pay R1400 cash for fuel from my pocket they refusing to reimburse me saying i should of checked my vehicle that my card was inside before i left ,really bad attitude from service manager Quinton my total service came to R8900 i will never use them again I had an issue previously at Bedfordview Toyota Quinton can go for training at that service manager, I am not leaving this i am going to log a complaint with the Retail motor Ombudsman as well,i have already notified toyota head office complaints department.
