Monument Toyota Constantia exceeded my expectations

I have to share my wonderful experience at Monument Toyota Constantia on Hendrik Potgieter.

Brenda Lees arranged with Toyota head office to cover my Hybrid battery after it has been out of warranty for 1,5 years!!!!

I drive a Yaris Hybrid and had no issues for 9,5 years. My Hybrid battery reached its end of life after 1,5years it has been out of warranty. My experience with Toyota was great from the moment my car arrived at their service centre all the way through until the Hybrid battery was replaced.

Brenda Lees was my service manager and she provided me with an excellent customer experience.
