Money transfered incorrectly- to date not resolve

I was purchasing a Quantum for my brother for Business <br> We found new vehicle at Unitrans Toyota Cape Road Port Elizabeth<br> Since purchase is not possible without a permit,my brother came with a friend who had one, and who was going to negotiate a price as well<br> Once done i was called to transfer funds<br> Later it was found out that there was a shortfall from the negotiated price as Toyota was not aware of this discount , and there was misunderstanding during the negotiations<br> Due to this i cancelled the deal in writting and requested reversal of the amount deposited<br> There was no reply for two days from Toyota,i called and i was promised to get the money as it was following a process<br> I followed up in writting and i was told my father came for a refund, and he instructed the sales lady not to talk to me, this money was then given to him in cash<br> This confused me as my father is has passed away a while back, and i had instructed them in writting to reverse the money back to me<br> I have raised this matter to the management of Toyota and to date i have not received my money back since June 2014<br> Toyota gave my money to a man who claims to be my dad without my consulting or informing me
