Missing spare wheel

<p>My vehicle was taken into Toyota Lynnwood for a basic service on 20/07/2017.</p> <p>Upon my arrival I was assisted by Reuben Thobane(service advisor) who checked my vehicle in.</p> <p>Upon leaving my vehicle I checked the vehicle to make sure that everything was there and that everything was in order.</p> <p> </p> <p>The vehicle was taken in and I later received a call to confirm that the service was complete and that I should collect my vehilce.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon collecting I drove to the mall across the street and decided to inspect my vehicle I was shocked to confirm the following:</p> <p>- There was NO spare wheel attached to my bakkie anymore,</p> <p>- The Securing mechanism had been tampered with which confirms why that the spare wheel had been ******.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took the query up with Reuben Thobane as to why these items were missing and questioned why the mechanism had been tampered with, Reuben disputed that the items were not there from the time the vehicle came in.</p> <p>I requested a checklist from Toyota to confirm what was noted on it to confirm what was attached to my vehicle and what was not there.</p> <p> </p> <p>To my surprise No checklist had been done and now I'm the one being looked at as a **** and like a ***** which is not the case.</p> <p> </p> <p>Toyota Lynnwood, Totally denies having anything to do with the missing items and are now leaving me in the dark with no one even trying to take accountability or even bothering to help me in this incident.</p> <p> </p> <p>I honestly feel flabbergasted and I really have no one to Turn to with regards to pathetic service received from Toyota Lynnwood and the service consultant Reuben.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope that Toyota now sees my Complaint in a serious light and that something can be done.</p> <p> </p> <p>Mr K.E Mafutsana</p> <p> </p>
