Misleading information by the employer

I was working for Toyota Melrose in 2019 from March then in December 2019 I resigned. So I sent one of the our managers a email to resigned. But now I'm trying to get my provided funds. Now the dealer principal claims that I was fired after a hearing but I know that yes I was in a process of a hearing but I resigned after it was advised in the hearing that I can resigned because the they were refusing my resignation with out reason so now I want to know who I can complain with
