McCarthy Toyota N1 City

When I bought my car at McCarthy Toyota N1 City, not knowing any better, I was coerced into taking a fixed interest rate by the person that assisted me with the financing of the car. Then when I got the books, I realised that there was a whole mess up with the service history of the car. The book said that I had to service my car at 63 000km’s yet I bought my car on 55 000km’s and the dealership said that they had serviced it just before I bought it so I’d only have to service at 70 000km’s. I serviced my car less than a month ago by them, only to find out that the brakes need to be replaced now. They never told me about the brakes needing to be replaced when the car went for a service or when it came from the service. I called them now to ask them why they never let me know so that it could be changed and the excuse they gave me is that the brakes would’ve still been able to give me 5 000km’s. I am constantly having issues with them trying to sort out either my service history which one person tells me every 10 000km’s and another tells me every 15 000km’s and now the issues of them servicing my car but not consulting me about my brakes. Not at all impressed with the service that I’ve received and won’t be returning to them!
