Mccarthy Toyota Lynnwood bad service

I was at McCarthy Toyota service department on 29 September 2017 at +-15:00. I left at 15:20 and no one assisted me.

The service manager walked past me, 2 service consultants named Carl and Susan looked me straight in the eye and didn’t even offer to assist me, even with no one at their desk.

The worst service I have received to date.
