McCarthy Toyota Ballito

Hi So I purchased a car from the Toyota Ballito dealership in March 2019. Before purchasing I picked up few faults .. 1 the wiper blade and 2 the clutch was low and not the way it should be. After telling them the clutch is not right they insisted the clutch was fine but after some complaining they adjusted the clutch. So I bought the car for business purposes (taxify) I did 5000kms and the clutch seemed low again i booked the car in and they assessed the car. To their findings the clutch is worn out. So now they refusing to replaced the clutch because it's used for taxify. I contacted Toyota customer care and they also have been of no help,they saying I didn't declare the car as business so they cant go against the dealerships decision. My argument is I complained about a wiper blade but they passed the car roadworthy with it and the salesman brought out a new blade after delivery. Something that can be seen with the eye it was passed but wasnt roadworthy but for some reason the clutch was roadworthy and its something they cant see physically. They only answer they give is the car was roadworthy when it left the dealership. Bad service all round from the dealership to Toyota Sa
