Manufacturer Fault - Bad Experience

I am somewhat disappointed and surprised with my current experience with my new Toyota Vehicle. I bought it new, and had to replace the brakes before 20,000 km, and again today @ 39,000 km. Today I need to replace the front and back brakes!! The brakes only started to make a noise on Saturday, and therefore I acted quickly to make an appointment to check on it. There was no warning sign, or any other noises before this. I am told today that the disk was damaged and needs to be scimmed, andf also that there was a leak somewhere at the wheel. I am not sure that all of this can occur in such a short period?? My theory is still that the brakes does not release, and therefore, due to a manufacturing fault, it causes the additional damages. I am told that this is an issue with this specific model. Now I cannot understand this, and feel that it should rather be considered a manufacturer fault. I have my opinion on why the brakes is worn so quickly. I feel that the brakes do not release fully when using it, and this result that the pads are worn so quickly. There is also several other issues identified, and even this is a surprise, as it feels as if I bought a second hand vehicle. Replacing the brakes costs me money The petrol consumption on the vehicle is also excessively high, and this needs to be investigated. If I knew about the brake issue, I would really not even consider buying this Toyota. To be told afterwards that it is a problem with this specific model does not help me at the least, and I should have been informed about this so-called "general problem!!
