making people stupid they don't keep their promise

I bought a bakkie from toyota and one of the sales lady her name is Tracy Mlangeni told me I brought a customer she will give me R500 then I brought one of the customer to him Mr madela he purchase the car then I went back for my cash back to Tracy Mlangeni she told she is not the one who is putting money in I must give her my banking details then the dealer will put money in I gave her my details, but now it's been 3months waiting for this cash back!!
