Maintenance / Service Plans

Hi<br> <br> I have been trying for the better part of 3 years to get Toyota to rectify an issue with a maintenance plan I purchased with my vehicle. The only response I get is to put me through to another department. Nobody can explain to me the difference between maintenance, service or warranties. I warn potential buyers to look into these things in greater detail because once the vehicle has been purchased it's almost impossible to get clarity.<br> Please contact me so we can try rectify this. It's a shame that in order to get service from Toyota you first need to complain.
