Listed Cars on website not for sale, kept for managers

<p>On the 1st of June 2016 I went to Barloworld Toyota since I was interested in a Prado at their used vehicle sales department. I was told by Talana Hetley that a manager kept it for one of his family members. I asked to see a 2016 Hilux which was listed on their website, Talana went to his manager and he was told that a manager is driving the vehicle and it's not for sale. How can the vehicle be listed on their website for sale but when you go to the dealership they inform you it's not for sale?</p> <p> </p> <p>Really disappointing and you lost a customer and a sale.</p>
