Lack of Knowledge/Incorrect info given

I drive a toyota Tazz. last month i took my car to toyota as my car had some issues. i took one of the mechanics around the block to see if he can find the issue. he then advised me i must take it in for a general check up which costs roughly R700.00. i booked my car in for the check up and they advised the shake when i accelerated is my HT leads, he actually insisted it was my HT leads. i had to wait a full week to get the quote after calling twice that week, i adventually got hold of a sales advisor which assisted me to get my quote.. they quoted me R 30 000 for some issues regarding my steering and shocks. they quoted me 1 hour fee to do my HT leads?? i then bought the HT leads from Toyota and fitted them myself which did not even take 5 min?? i pay for a check up to find out an issue and they cant even find the problem. im still sitting with the same issue, please assist
