Incredible after sales

I bought a second hand Toyota with 8,000kms, it had two issues which I noticed after taking ownership of the vehicle. I have bought vehicles from ford, mercedes, Opel and other manufacturers before. I have never had such incredible after sales service. Both issues resolved by replacement versus repair and at zero cost or time taken. I am a fan now.
