Improved Customer Service at Thekwini Toyota

This is an update based on my previous bad review. I must say, their customer service and retention and attention to detail has greatly improved. Any issue I have had has been resolved in a timely manner, with great professionalism and constant communication. I recently took my car into service and walked out a very happy client.
