Ignorance

I received sms on the 10th of June that Toyota has initiated a recall campaign for passenger side front airbag replacement and my car may be affected. I called Bloemfontein Toyota on the 11th at 9:25 to get clarity the lady who answered the phone sent me to the workshop section they put me on hold for 4 and half minutes. I dropped the phone and called them again I explained to that lady that I've been holding for almost 4 minutes the lady said they are having problems with the phones they will call me. I'm still awaiting their call and this involves our safety. I wanted to find from them if the message was a **** or valid but it seems like this is not important to Toyota.
