If there was a negative rating.Toyota SA why do u partner with *********** and useless service providers like AA ROAD SIDE ASSISTANCE. I called Toyota Roadside ASSISTANCE Yesterday while I was stranded with my less than 2 years old Toyota. Which I must state i changed brands from die hard VW driver, admirer and supporter and what a huge mistake..first when the car didn't start a few months ago, Kingsmead Toyota tells me tough luck. I Waited over hours for Toyota roadside assistance more a dozen calls to Toyota and AA. I called my Insurance company and less than 15 mins later after being stranded and waiting for 2 hours they sent a service provider who took 2 minutes to get me mobile . Mr Andrew Kirby was too busy to take my call so was his Secretary and everyone else at Toyota SA. AA , useless.Guys Toyota the most trusted and reliable, let alone dependable brand will have you stranded for hours if not days. Never ever had this issue with VW SA.
