If only the Toyota service was as good as the Toyota reputation

<p>I've been driving my 1999 Toyota 3.0D DC for almost 15 years, and during this time my Toyota proved time and time again why it is the best bakkie in SA. So, obviously when I decided to upgrade my bakkie for a newer model, I wanted to get another Toyota again.</p> <p>I walked into the Toyota dealership in Lichtenburg, with great expectation and knowing exactly what I wanted. The only salesman on the floor was quick to take some photo's of my bakkie and after I showed him on the Toyota website exactly which bakkie I wanted, he promised to send me an offer for my bakkie that same afternoon. He also said that he will send me a quote for the new bakkie the same day as well.</p> <p>Now, it's been more than 2 weeks and I still haven't received anything from Kobus at Toyota.</p> <p>In the meantime I bought a new bakkie from Action Ford.</p> <p>Within 1 day, Kobus, they managed to give me an offer on my old bakkie, find me the bakkie I wanted and did the finance......within 1 day.</p>
