I have the worse possible experience with Motus Toyota in Strijdompark. Since I have gotten the car I have been having problems with it all the time. Now my Audi a3 cabriolet roof does not want to open. There have been making every excuse possible to not bear the cost of it. Firstly the roof was leaking.

How do you sell such a car to someone. And the manager is so rude and not helpful. He does not seem to care about cistomer service. Why are they selling cars that aren't in good condition and me being a woman I don't know much. But being Toyota and doing this to their clients is beyond terrible. I would not recommend anyone to but a car from them at all!!! They have treated us so badly and made us ***** and made excuses to look as if we broke the roof! God knows the truth!
