Horrible Service

I Took my Car in for Service Three weeks ago at Cartoria Toyota where they serviced my car and they had said they will call me to inform me about the fuel filter which the dealership did not have in stock. They did not call me until my father went to the dealership to enquire about the fuel filter. The Dealership answered my father by saying that the fuel filter is instock and that I should bring the car in. A Day after my came back from the second service I was driving and monitored its temperature which was unusually High so I stopped at a Shell Garage to find out that the was no water or coolant in the engine. HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED
