Horrible Serice from Toyota

Dear Toyota

Please receive this email as my concern and very sever disappointment with the service I received from Ermelo Toyota, on Friday 29-May-2020 I brought in a company vehicle (Toyota Hilux DN04XSGP) for annual service and replacement of wipers and I was extremely unhappy about the service I received. Upon coming to fetch the vehicle I was made to wait for more than 30 minutes without being told what was delaying process and each time I asked I was told the person who was responsible for my vehicle was busy with other customers (as if I wasn’t a customer) and he was able to attend to me about 43 minutes later! As if that was not enough I found the vehicle dirty, muddy and they even left their empty boxes inside for me to throw away!!

I have in my personal capacity dealt with different dealerships and never seen something so horrible. I know for sure that I will never buy or recommend Toyota to everyone I know. I am already in the market for a new vehicle and will never consider Toyota, my father who has been a loyal customer to Toyota was also shocked about all this and will have to reconsider continuing with Toyota from now onwards. Your service was horrible, pathetic and something I’ve never ever experienced in my entire life. I thought as one of the biggest brands in the country you will at least treat your customers much better than your competitors but I was very wrong, I sincerely hope that what you did to me will not become your norm.
