Great service at Toyota Parktown, JHB

I just thought I'd take time out to recognise the wonderful service at Toyota Parktown, and in particular Philip Evans for his professional and friendly service. I took my Fortuner for a service and was greeted by name. Philip immediately took me through what would be done on the vehicle and provided great advice for the problem areas on the Fortuner. He showed me to the waiting area and offered me coffee and completed the whole experience by ensuring that my vehicle was delivered ahead of time. Whilst other dealerships may claim to offer this as a standard customer experience, nothing beats the value of true service excellence as displayed by Philip.
