Great service!

I needed to replace my damaged tail-light cluster on my vehicle. I got an initial price from Toyota SA after which I opted to see what my insurance could repair it for. It turned out that the panel-beater used by my insurance company could beat Toyota SA's price. I explained this to the service manager at McCarthy Toyota Edenvale, David, that the panel-beater could beat their price to which he initially responded that they could not match it or better it. I left my vehicle with them for its routine service, and received a phone call later in the day from Gideon, my service manager for the day. He explained that David had managed to secure a better price for me!<br> <br> What great service and truly an example of going the extra mile for your customer! Thank you, David and Gideon!
