Good service, always kind, always happy to assist

I would just like to compliment the staff at Protea Toyota. Not only did I receive friendly service when I bought my car from them, but with their customer care afterwards as well. I had a small repair that needed to be done on the brakes of my car. Although it took 3 visits before the problem was located, I was met with friendly service and a smile every time I went there. The staff are also more than willing to accomodate their clients, as I travel in traffic and sometimes get there after they have closed. They have waited after-hours for me to collect my car more than once, and I've also dropped my car off early and was still met with friendly service. They also follow up after each repair to find out if the service was satisfactory. It is much appreciated!
