Good day i am complaining with the service

I took my car to monument toyota constantia to fix my speed sensor and i paid R3690 & I then took it to Fury Toyota Darrenwood were it was discovered that the speed sensor is still broken and I the took it back to monument toyota to address the matter I was told i also need to change my wheel bearings and I took my car to mogale auto to replace wheel bearings because it was cheaper there after then I took my car to monument toyota for a speed sensor aa per the promise that it will be done for free, Alistair then decided to change my new wheel bearings without my consent and told me to the cost of it, I refused to pay as I already paid money for my wheel bearings, he then promised me to reorder the speed sensor and give me a call as soon as it arrives it has now been 3 weeks andi have send Alistair many emails regarding this but he is not responding to any of the emails I have send him, i feel cheated really
