Frustration, Bad Service with Toyota SA

My partner and I took delivery of our 2022 Toyota Starlet XS model in June 2022. It was about a month later the vehicle Android Auto started displaying "VEHICLE DATA NOT AVAILABLE". I reported it to the Dealership and they had requested that the vehicle be brought in to check, which was done. Nohting could be found and it was suspected it could be the phone cable or something. This I changed and the error returned. Not long after this, one afternoon, I started my vehicle and the screen just went black and flashing the whole time - I took a video of this and sent it to the dealership. Eventually it was decided that unit had to be replaced which they did at no cost and hopefully the other error would also resolve itself. Well that it didnt do, the error came back and also keeping in mind that the display itself also loses information. After about 5 trips back and forth, TSA eventually sent out a fix and my car went back to the dealership, the "fix" was done and we all thought finally. ALAS, not too long the gremlin was back and I was back at the dealership. TSA was contacted and they were working in the problem, by now this is November 2022, still not resolved. I then contacted them in December, this is TSA and they confirmed that they would call me back, which they did and informed me they are investigating the matter........... I then called them again now in January 2023 and I was told that they will call me back, which I waited for and eventually called them, just to hear they are still investigating the matter. The worst is, the person on the other side of the phone at TSA is like an "AI/Robot", you can ask the question 3 different ways, they still give you the same answer - the question is, what is TSA going to do if this remains unresolved, are we going to be compensated? How much longer is this going to take, its been months now.......
