Frustrated service

Had the worst service with Toyota Acardia in Pretoria, I booked for service with them and they took my booking for Saturday the 19th of October.. During the week week I got a reminder message about my booking with the reference. Saturday morning I drove about 80km to Toyota Acardia for the service as I booked and to my suprise they were closed no one bothered to call nor inform me I got there to find a sales man that told me to go to Gezina toyata I'll be helped, I drove to Gezina and I still couldn't be assisted because there was no one available at acardia to cancel the booking.. I was left stranded in town and stressed financially as I drove from far, I've made contact with them from Monday but no one takes this seriously and how it affected me,the lady Portia did me very wrong and I'm not happy with how they handling it can Toyota SA handle this, as I sent an email Saturday to Toyota support "" ***" and nothing has been done
