Freeway Toyota is the worst dealership

Freeway Toyota is the worst dealership to deal with . Took the car in for a service and they changed my spare wheel for an old one. My car is new all my tryes are new and they gave me an old spare wheel that I never even saw before. How rude is the manager at this branch.
