Freeway toyota sold me a vehicle presented to me as a Auris TRD. I later discovered that the vehicle is not a TRD, but a AURIS XS converted to look like a TRD. I reported this to them in July this year and also reported it to Toyota South Africa. It is now November. The problem has not been resolved. Toyota South Africa says its the dealer's fault as they confirmed that the vehicle sold to me is an auris XS. Freeway toyota blames Toyota South Africa. During all this finger-pointing I am left waiting for God knows what. I have been driving for 11 years. This is my fourth vehicle. All four vehicles I have had were Toyota vehicles. I had loved and trusted the Toyota brand. The trust has been broken. I believe that toyota committed *****.
