Fortuner brake / disc fault

I bought a fortuner in January through their dealer in Eswatini, apparently Toyota SA sent a notification about a fault on brakes and my car happened to be one of them, car was taken to dealer and problem not resolved, and have been told Toyota SA is refusing to replace my disc, strange this is a factory fault. What is toyota doing to the consumer. we need help
