Forklift service

I have e-mailed Toyota forklift for service due as the forklift needs to be serviced every 250 hours.It is now standing on 312 hours.I e-mailed on 2016-02-23,2016-03-01'2016-03-05 and again on 2016-03-08 but to no avail.Mario can be contacted on *** or ***.
