Ford Fiesta 1.5 TDCI issue

I have bought a ford fiesta 1.5tdci at motus toyota nelspruit on 18 June 2024. From the start the vehicle was given issues of low engine oil pressure and timing belt broke. The vehicle was multiple times in for repairs but has not been solved.

According to toyota they said it is how I am driving the vehicle or the roads I am using. Why doesn't my other vehicle give issues or the courtesy vehicle that toyota give me when the ford is in for repairs.

There is also a case open at the ombudsman for the low engine oil pressure issue.

Also recently I was in a accident/incident with this vehicle on my way to work. Lost control of the vehicle due to rack and pinion broke off from the tie end rod.

The vehicle is currently at the panel beaters. The looks of it the rack and pinion was cut before.
