Forced to pay cash for car service even though I have purchased an extended service plan

Today Toyota ****arney forced me to pay for a service that I had an extended service plan for. If I didn't pay they told me they would withhold my vehicle. Now they told me I have to phone Toyota and get the refund... I have also come home very late and wasted valuable time I could have spent with my family.
