Feedback poor. Work poor.Costs high

Over 4 weeks ago i took my Hilux in for crank seal that was leaking for them to repair Mortimer Toyota Vredenburg. Told about 1 week to have the job done after they found the problem.Well now weeks later and basically no feedback from them its still there.I had to keep phoning myself to get different reports every time.Not one staff member could tell me the same story.I believe that they were under the impression that i knew nothing about mechanics.The engine was removed to do the job and gave them the perfect time to clean up the engine bay and all its components as it was an oil leak making the whole area covered in dirty oil.I was told that they don't even have an power washer,its engine cleaner and hose pipe.Hope that this is not true.Oil cooler sits under the engine meaning its covered in oil and will need power washer to clean it properly.Asked for them to email me a full detailed report on all work done with cost to date guess what nothing.Only get emails from there sales department promoting new Hilux sales.So the costs go up and i still wait.Asked for curtsy bakkie guess what no reply.
