FAULTY GEARBOX: TOYOTA HILUX (OCT '13 MODEL)

I purchased a brand new Toyota Hilux bakkie from McCarthy Toyota Gezina in October 2013. Since the very first service I alerted the workshop that it has a noise in the gearbox - It also came to my attention that apparently there is bulletin out stating that there is a gearbox problem with the 2013 Hilux bakkies (which I do have in my possession). After numerous services it was then confirmed by the dealer (McCarthy Toyota Gezina) that there is indeed a problem with the gearbox.<br> <br> The problem however, is that they are only prepared to fix the gearbox and not to replace it! Why not replace the gearbox as the Hilux is still under warranty and motorplan?? I mean I did & am still paying for a brand new bakkie!<br> <br> All the channels were followed without any success.
