Faulty brand new car

My daughter bought an agya 2021 in July 2021. We complained about several issues. One being faulty brakes. Your dealership principal considers this "small matters" SMALL MATTERS!!!! Will you allow your 19 year old daughter to drive a brand new car with faulty brakes when it could be a matter of life or death? I DO NOT CONSIDER ANY OF MY COMPLAINTS A SMALL MATTER FOR A BRAND NEW CAR WHICH HAS 5300KM ON THE CLOCK. The brakes has been fixed by another dealership. Bottom line. I'm not happy with the car and it's faults. I need a replacement for what you consider small matters
