Faulty ABS braking system

I purchased a brand new Toyota Vitz in February 2024, I am having a problem with the ABS brake system which seems to lock as soon as the tires are wet or it rains making the car go totally out of control. The service manager at Bryanston Toyota tried to convince me that this is how all these vechicles operate, this is before he even test drove it !! I have never felt this unsafe driving a car ever !!! Once they have sold a toyota they are not at all interested in the problems and are in fact rudely defensive which leads me to believe obviously a problem in these models that they are not prepared to take responsibility for.
