False Promises and disclosure of Confidentila Information

In October 2017 I app**** for a car and was assisted by Lawrence Maja,he then told me the car was approved and was to be deliver to in no due course.It him a week and he never came back to ever since then.I was referred to him by my sister in law.I then received a call from my sister in law saying that my application was declined due to the fact that I have a bad credit record and that is caused by Edcon of which I also new about that. I then called Lawrence and he said to me that my application is approved he does not know what my sister in law was talking about.To date I have not received my car and I tend to believe that what my sister in law to ld was true as I have not received my car to date.
