False Info & poor service
I buy a VW Polo from Midway motors on 09/03/15. The price was more than the retailprice. Mr v Rensburg told me that they took retailprice of R70 000 (it must be R65 000) plus 12% for good clean car and R5000 for mags extra ( but it is factory issued) I told him that the price of R84 950 is much more than what the car is worth. He told me that is is not true, because the price is less than the value of the car. They charge me for numberplates but I did not receive new plates. The car have no sparekey, he promise to get it from the the previous owner. At delivery of the car he send a man with all the documents and tell me I must sign at all the crosses they made. Never is the contract or documents explain to me. The man who bring it to me can't help me with it. He told me I must just sign. It was my first time I bought a car and I have no idea what to do. I write on the paper that there is no spare key. After three months of begging he give me a key but with no remote for central locking. The key is not issued at VW garage that is why it is only a key with no functions. I was overcharge with +- R10000 the service history was also not up to date as he told me, can they pay me back?
