Failure to correct fault on brand new car
I bought a Toyota Etios 1.5 car at the end of May 2014, which is a decision I truly regret as I wouldn't recommend this car to anyone. In the 9 months that I have driven this car, i have had intermittent issue with the rate of which the car revs when stationery. It had it's 10,000km service on the 6th January 2015 and they were supposed to have sorted out the problem at the time. However, I drove out of the dealership and the problem was still there. I have had to book the car in on a further 2 occasions for them to follow protocols set out by Toyota SA and the problem still exists. I have also had issues with the headlights and need to take the car in as the part has arrived but I am not confident in their abilities. I do not have time to keep taking my car in to be \fixed"as I have my own business and have to travel to clients daily. The loss of income can range from R1"
