Failure to attend to vehicle

I had a breakdown on 19 November 2016 at schoemanskloof. My car was taken to Barloworld Toyota Witbank on Monday, 21 November 2016. I received an SMS confirmation and a phone call on that same day at around 13:38 that my car was recieved and who my service advisor was. I advised the dealer that the warranty insurance (FFW) needs to be called as they will discuss what the problem with my vehicle is and how much it will cost. On 22 November 2016 I called to find out how far they are with determining issue with my vehicle.

They adviEd that they only start with the vehicles that are booked for service first then they attend on breakdown vehicles. Had I not called I would not have known as to what is happening with my vehicle. I called again and was advised by my service advisor that the system is not working and cannot give me feedback.

I am am disappinted that my vehicle was not attended to immediately, when there is clearly an indication that it is not drivable and I'm left with no transport alternative.

I live in centurion, work in Pretoria and I have to pick up my car whenever it will be ready in Witbank!!

This is clearly a case of not taking duties seriously and not having any sense of urgency on customers service needs.
