Factory fault

I’ve had a terrible experience with buying my first car, I bought a 2022 Toyota starlet auto. In less than Two months it had a gear box problem. They’ve been sending me from pillar to post trying to get a courtesy car. I am currently driving a courtesy car with all Ts & Cs instead of them giving me a new car cos they said it’s factory fault. It’s been a very exhausting process and I don’t wish this on anyone, especially on your new car!
