Excellent Service and assistance received

My daughter recently moved to Knysna and encountered a problem with her Toyota Tazz motor vehicle. She did not know where to go for assistance as she did not know anyone in the area. I contacted Knysna Toyota from Cape Town (where I live) and an extremely helpful young man by the name of Andries Strydom took my call. I told him that I will be travelling to Knysna within a couple of days and he made an appointment with me to bring my daughter's vehicle in in order for him to determine what the problem was. Well, what more can I say! I brought the vehicle to him, the problem was sorted out and he also pointed out that the one brake light did not work. There was an electrical problem which was also sorted out in a jiffy! I must commend Mr. Strydom and Knysna Toyota for the excellent, professional service I received and the vehicle was washed and cleaned inside before handing it back to me. Many thanks again!
