Excellent Service

I ordered a water pump gasket from Herman on a Friday morning, he phoned me back at 3pm that afternoon saying that there is no stock at any of the branches. I asked him to make a plan because I need the part before Monday as this is my only means of transportation. He phoned me back 15 minutes later with a suggestion to buy a complete water pump. He managed to adjust my order and find a part for me. I collected the part the next morning. Also, after placing another order for a different part, I went to collect the part to find that Herman is on lunch, I was asked to wait for him but I walking into him about 5 minutes later, he gave up his lunch to assist me with my next order. This kind of attitude and commitment is greatly appreciated and should be recognised by his superiors and colleagues.
