Excellent Service

I purchased and took delivery of a late model, demo Toyota Verso for my wife in early January 2016. I think it reasonable to allow 3 months from delivery before commenting so that the service experience, especially in dealing with any problems that arise, can be assessed. The vehicle itself has performed flawlessly since delivery and my wife is delighted with her car. Juan Smith's service was most impressive from our initial contact, right in the middle of the Christmas / Year end holiday to delivery and afterwards. He was especially effective in organising the serving, registration and delivery of the vehicle at a time when virtually every service provider is, if not on holiday, then certainly in holiday mode. Just 4 business days elapsed from first viewing to delivery. Juan also went to a good deal of trouble to source, at no cost to ourselves, a mud flap that none of us noticed was missing until after the vehicle had been delivered. Juan Smith is an excellent ambassador for the Toyota and Toyota Automark brands and for Pat Hinde Toyota in Boksburg.
