Excellent service

I was on holiday in Sedgefield and my car wouldn't start. Gerard came from Knysna to Sedgefield to determine why. He managed to get the car going and drove it through to Knysna to attend to problems with the starter motor. While he was driving he noticed that the clutch was on it's last legs He told me about this but not in a pushy \we want the business"way. I asked them to fix both the clutch and the starter. The workshop manager Renaldo pulled out all the stops to get my car finished in time for me to drive back to Joburg safely. The dealership kept in constant contact with me to let me know what was happening (they had to order parts so couldn't give an exact timeframe). Everyone involved was really friendly and caring - not at all impersonal. I was really impressed with their service"""
