Excellent service!!!

I'm down in Mossel Bay for the school holidays from Johannesburg. Came down with my 2003 Toyota Hilux 3.0 KZ-TE. On our way here the battery gave in and we had it replaced by Battery Centre in Mossel Bay. The rest of the week was all fine and a enjoyable holiday. Yesterday, 05-Oct I heard a screeching from the engine by on our way back from a visit to Knysna. Upon inspection I found one of the fan belts had broken. Made it to our resting place and took the bakkie to Toyota Mosselbay first thing this morning - 06-Oct. Upon arrival the technician, Chris confirmed that the belts would need to be replaced but that they're extremely busy they're only two technicians. He further confirmed that they didn't have stock and referred me to Midas who did have. He noted they'll keep the bakkie for the day and try to get it replaced. We expressed the urgency as we have to return to Johannesburg tomorrow. We then went to Midas to get the belts and upon our return to Toyota, Chris was already busy with the bakkie. He collected the belts from us and proceeded to replace them right there and then. I therefore wish to compliment Chris and his helper Kevin for the excellent service provided. It was unexpected and it's truly appreciated. Well done you guys, keep up the good work.
