Excellent Customer Service

I would just like to thank Billy Naidoo at Rand Stadium Toyota for his amazing service to me!i purchased a car in early December, and there were a lot of small issues from the start....which frustrated me. As soon as Billy got involved I automatically felt better. He gave me constant feedback (even when my sales person didn't) rep**** within minutes to my sims or email queries and kept me updated all the way. So much so that I even got sums feedback at 21:00 at night...and 06:15 in the morning! Way past working hours. Thank you so much Billy!!! Even though there were a lot of hiccups...you calmed my neurotic nerves! I really appreciate all your efforts.
