Etios is a dud

I have a Toyota Etios wich has endless problems and is still giving endless problems.but customer care toyota sa is not willing to help me much with what my problem is.from new the car is giving problems.it gets repaired yes but has to go repeatedly back for work that has been done and parts that has been replaced giving problems again.schocks that has been replaced at 10000kilometers are faulty again the car has got 30000km on now but problems on the car are getting worse.IS IT FAIR TOWARDS ME AS CUSTOMER TO JUST ACCEPT IT?OR IS MY RIGHT TO DEMAND SOME BACKUP.EITHER TAKE THE CAR AND GIVE ME A NEW PROBLEM FREE ONE OR LOWER THE CARS INSTALLMENT FOR ALL THE TROUBLE. <br> CAN ANYBODY GIVE INFO WHAT TO OR WHOM I CAN CONTACT PLS?BECAUSE COMPLAINIG ABOUT IT AT TOYOTA SA OR AT THE DEALER DOES NOT HELP ANYTHING<br> THANKS
