Electronics an new headache

Recently against advice bought a new Hilux and have to say seem it went from and to worse. My pervious Hilux had it fair share of issues but with this model a whole new world. I had a window replaced and since then could not use speed control as the system register an error. Have been to Toyota and system net to be recalibrate at our cost. What if this happens when deep in the bush somewhere, what else electroniccaly we have to worry about. Also had other issues like the seat not padded correctly .
